Taking Care of Yourself

Recent posts have created a need in me to tell you all how truly wonderful you are. You are so bright, so strong, and so much the future that I just can’t seem to help myself.

Whether you are writing amazing stuff, like Nick, or soldiering through illness (several), or wondering about your place in the world of family and women, Jen, you are rocking being alive and being you.

Nothing moves geez, ok, someone my age, more than someone your age loving my/your music. Ok, there is music as good at The Doors, but is there better??!!! You have to show some discretion with them or they will drag you down too far into the dark and unknown but if you don’t respond to the first chords or almost everything they wrote – are you dead?!?

So, keep doing what you are doing. Trust yourselves, pay attention to what you know to be true, and do that. Do the truth, do the real, do the right things.

There are way more things that we cannot control than the ones we can. Be good to yourselves, care for yourselves, and trust yourselves. I trust you.
